Tier 10: 2 Pieces (Tank): Your Shield Slam and Shockwave abilities deal 20% increased damage.

Wouldn't be surprised if there's gonna be a nerf then. I always liked prot pvp - Though obviously that is a quite a different setup it's still neat.. A lot of control and can put out some nice burst when it wants to and can sit on healers/casters
