Last Monday my modem died. I called verizon and they told me they would send a replacement which would arrive in 2-3 days (was sent on tuesday. Best case scenario I would get the modem on thursday. See you soon.
they're gonna pro-rate you the days of service that you got screwed out of right? I mean, I'd ask for some sort of compensation for the fact that you had to wait DAYS to get your internet back.
